Meet the owner

Hi, I’m Axel Mancia.

I started Mancia Home Services to give local homeowners dependable, hands-on help for the jobs that keep a property looking its best.

I graduated from Wilde Lake High School, Class of 2025, right here in Howard County. I’m proud to serve the same community I grew up around.

I’ve been working hands-on since I was 16, helping my dad with general contracting projects and assisting with repairs and improvements that helped houses pass HOA inspections. That experience taught me how much the details matter when you’re working on someone’s home.

Over the past several months, I’ve also worked with a landscaping company, gaining more experience with lawn care, outdoor maintenance and property cleanup. Between contracting work, repairs and landscaping, I’ve become pretty handy — and I’m proud of the work I put my name on.

I’m also State of Maryland-certified bilingual in English and Spanish, so customers can communicate with me in whichever language they’re most comfortable using.

Why Mancia Home Services

Work I can be proud to put my name on.

When you reach out to Mancia Home Services, you’re dealing with a local small business that cares about the result and the relationship. I want customers to know who they’re trusting in their home, understand what the job involves and feel comfortable asking questions.

Whether the project is drywall repair, painting, cleanup, lawn care, power washing or another home-service job, my goal is the same: show up, work hard, communicate clearly and leave the property better than I found it.
